Structural Design with 2.0mm Galvanized Steel Frame

The core strength of this container house lies in its 2.0mm galvanized steel frame, which ensures exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. The galvanized steel beams and columns (160mm x 160mm) form a rigid skeleton capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions, including wind speeds up to 120 km/h and seismic activity up to 8 degrees . This structural integrity makes it ideal for long-term use in industrial, residential, and disaster-relief settings.

Key Structural Components

Top and Bottom Frames: Composed of 2.0mm galvanized steel beams (5630mm and 2680mm lengths) for uniform load distribution.

Columns and Corners: Reinforced with 160mm x 160mm galvanized steel columns and 160mm x 60mm aluminum corners, enhancing stability and rigidity .

Square Tube System: Incorporates 50x100mm and 20x20mm galvanized square tubes for additional support, ensuring the structure remains intact during transportation and assembly.

Frame structure installation:

1. First, insert the four corner heads into the bottom beam (there are welded square tubes and clamps inside the beam), fix the corner heads and the long and short beams at the bottom with carriage screws, and repeat the operation at the four corners in turn.

2. Put nine 50mm*100mm bottom square tubes into the slots of the bottom beam one by one, and fix the square tubes and the bottom beam with 70mm*10mm screws and tighten them.

3. Bottom frame level calibration: Place a level on the bottom beam to check the level. If it is too low, use something to raise it to ensure that the installation heights of the four surfaces are on the same horizontal line. Then use a tape measure to measure the diagonal of the bottom frame. If the two diagonal values are the same, the level calibration is completed. At this time, tighten all the screws of the bottom frame.

4. Insert the four corner heads into the four columns and fix them with carriage screws; then insert them into the four bottom corner heads and fix them with carriage screws; insert the top short beam and top long beam into the four top corner heads and fix them with carriage screws (the water guide holes of the top long beam should face downward).

5. Overall frame correction: Take two pressure plate slots, fix one end to the column with screws, then put the level vertically on the column to adjust the frame, and after confirming that it is level, fix the other end of the pressure plate slot to the bottom long beam; follow this step again on the diagonal frame to complete the horizontal correction of the overall frame; now tighten all the screws of the top frame; finally, remove the pressure plate slot.

Cutting of wall panels:

A standard quick-pack container requires 15 wall panels of 2560mm long and 950mm wide, 1 wall panel of 1360mm long and 950mm wide, and 1 wall panel of 1840mm long and 950mm wide.

6. The wall panels of the 6-meter length of the quick-assembly container require 6 whole panels each, a total of 12 wall panels, no cutting is required.

7. The side with windows and doors needs to be cut into 2 pieces, and the sizes cut in the width direction are as follows:

(A).Cut the 2560mm long*950mm wide wallboard into 3 pieces, two 430mm wallboards, and the remaining middle piece (can be used as a door frame or discarded); one of the 430mm wallboards is used as a door frame, and the rock wool inside needs to be removed, and then a 20mm*40mm square tube is put in to fix it with a small white nail. The middle part should be pressed down one centimeter before fixing it to facilitate the installation of the lock; the other 430mm wallboard is used as a wallboard on the other side of the window on the same side.

(B).Cut the wallboard of 2510mm long and 950mm wide into 80mm and 870mm (the cutting here is flexible and can be cut according to the on-site installation conditions); the 80mm wallboard is used as the door frame of the front window (the size of the door frame is 80-100mm); the remaining 870mm is used as the wallboard of the rear window (cut according to the on-site installation conditions).

8. The cutting dimensions of the window wall panels in the length direction are as follows: cut the 1360mm long and 950mm wide wall panel into two pieces, 900mm and 460mm are used as the upper and lower wall panels of the window; cut the 1840mm long and 950mm wide wall panel into three pieces, 900mm and 460mm are used as the upper and lower wall panels of the window, and 480mm is used as the wall panel above the door head.

Siding, window and door installation

Note:

(A).Since there should be a gap between the wall panels, there will be some deviation in the size. The cutting size can be modified according to the actual situation.

(B).To facilitate the installation of the floor, the floor can be installed simultaneously after the two wall panels are installed.

9. Installation of two wall panels in the length direction: The wall panel is placed within about 50mm of the column (the installation distance is universal throughout the text), and the edge close to the column is fixed with 75mm self-tapping screws, and then other wall panels are installed in sequence and fastened, and no gaps can be left.

10. Installation of the wall panel on the side with only the window in the width direction: First install and fix the wall panel with a length of 2560mm and a width of 950mm; then install the lower wall panel of the window, and fix the side of the wall panel with the connection with the upper wall panel with small white nails, and then clip the window into the slot, and be sure to clip it into the wall panel and fasten it; then install the upper wall panel of the window, fix the side connection with small white nails, and fix the connection with the top beam with 75mm self-tapping screws; the last wall panel needs to be measured on site to determine the width of the wall panel, install it, and fix it with 75mm self-tapping screws near the column.

11. Installation of the wall panel with windows and doors in the width direction:

(A).First install the 80mm wall panel (the outer frame of the wall panel is 30mm away from the column), fix it with a flat-head cross 4.8*70 self-drilling screw, and use it as the door frame.

(B).install the door, insert the door frame slot into the door frame, fasten it and fix it with screws; take the cut 480mm wall panel and install it on the upper wall panel of the door, and then fix it with small white nails.

(C). then install the 430mm wall panel with square tube on the other side of the door (including door lock), fix it with small white nails and use a level to check whether the door and frame are vertical. Keep it vertical so that the door lock can be used normally; install the windows in turn (the method here is the same as step 9) and the last 430mm wall panel.

(D). Install the door lock.

Floor installation:

12. Place two 20mm*20mm square tubes on the short bottom beam and fix them with screws, so that they are on the same plane as the 9 50mm*100mm square tubes.

13. Install the floor, lay out the 5 pieces in sequence, tighten them (you can use a crowbar to tighten them), and fix them with self-tapping screws.

Top structure installation:

14. Install the four pressure plate grooves on the top of the wall panel, fasten them with the wall panel, and fix the top with small white nails.

15. Place two 50mm*50mm aircraft racks horizontally on the pressure plate grooves at equal distances and fix them with small white nails; then insert the 9 square tubes into the slots of the aircraft racks in turn, of which the three square tubes in the middle in the length direction are 40mm*80mm, and the six on both sides are 40mm*60mm, so that the middle will be 20mm higher than the two sides, which is conducive to drainage; use small white nails to fix the aircraft racks Fix with square tube.

16. Install 6 pieces of 980 ceiling tiles and fix them on the square tube and the pressure plate groove with small white nails.

17. Install and fix the four top edge angle aluminum and the angle aluminum at the junction of the surrounding wall panels.

18. Lay the rolled cotton on the roof.

19. Install 6 pieces of 980 roof tiles and place them in sequence. The tiles need to be overlapped by one grid to prevent water leakage; fix the roof tiles with 25mm self-tapping screws at both ends.

20. Apply glue to the outside of the frame, doors, windows, and roof (including screw holes) to prevent water leakage.
